Hi does anyone on here pot? I have been thinking about learning to throw on the pottery wheel as its a skill i'd love to have but am a bit worried about if it will effect my joints mainly my wrists?????????????
If any one out there is a potter and can give me any advice I would really appreachiate it.

Hello!

My theory in life is if you want to do it then give it go!
Join a class maybe so that you don't have to lay out a huge ammount of money if you find it's not for you ,but do have a go!

You'll soon know if it affects your wrists too much but in my own opinion I would think that the exercise may be good for your wrists? Not sure though.
YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.
